Academic Interests

Dr. Kurtz is a co-director of the third year medical student clerkship. This involves design and implementation of medical student training in the field of internal medicine. Dr. Kurtz and the other co-directors share the responsibility of teaching, supervising, and mentoring medical students with all members of the Department of Medicine. Dr.Kurtz organizes a continuing medical education conference for general medicine faculty members.
